    • Upgrade your membership: This change may take up to 5 business days to process.
    • Downgrade your membership - 5 business days' notice is required. The change will take effect within the next two billing cycles.


    APPLICABLE TO ALL PROVINCES

    • Membership/Guest Receipt Request (This request may take up to 10 business days to process) 
      • Please note that your receipt will be sent to the email address currently on file.
    • Remove Lock in Your Rate - To ensure no payment is taken on the next billing date, 10 business days’ notice is required.
