    How we're keeping our clubs clean

    Increased Cleaning

    We are abiding by a “constantly cleaning” mentality. High-touch points will be disinfected multiple times per day.

    Hospital-Grade Cleaner

    All of our clubs will be disinfected daily with hospital-grade cleaner.

    Protective Barriers

    Protective barriers have been installed on the front desk to limit any risks while interacting with staff.

    Face Masks

    Staff are required to wear masks throughout their shift. Members must follow all mask protocols at the Club they are attending.

    Sanitizing Wipes

    Certainty™ Disinfectant Wipes will be supplied and available in all our clubs.

    Daily Deep Clean

    Clubs will undergo a nightly deep clean with hospital grade disinfectant spray to ensure ALL surfaces are properly disinfected.

    How you can help

    We all play a part in keeping Fit4Less safe and clean. Please be respectful of other members and our staff by following these guidelines when visiting a  club.

    Hand Sanitizing

    Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the club. Please sanitize your hands before entering the club and throughout your workout.

    Physical Distancing

    We have reduced club capacity to ensure physical distancing is possible, and placed signage and floor markers throughout the club to indicate where members should walk and stand.

    Spray and Wipe

    Spray bottle and paper towel stations will be available and kept fully stocked. Please wipe down the equipment before AND after every use.

    Here's how you can expect our clubs to operate during this time:

    Please note: Clubs currently in Red Zones (some Ontario locations) will temporarily have 50-minute workout timeslots to allow more members the opportunity to workout. We appreciate your understanding!

    75-Minute Time Slots

    Members can book 75-minute workout time slots. Time slots are pre-scheduled and booking will be available up to 2 days in advance. *Final time slots on weekends will remain at 60 minutes.

    15-Minute Reset Time

    Members must adhere to the pre-booked time frame to allow a 15-minute 'reset period' between those exiting the club and those waiting to enter.

    Club Cleaning

    Staff will use 15-minute Reset Time to clean high-touch surfaces before the next time slot begins.

    How do I book a session?

    Step 1: Create an Account
    Before booking your first workout, you'll need to create an account. Don't worry, you'll only need to do this once! To start, you’ll need the email you used when joining and your membership number. Your membership number was emailed to the email address we have on file or it can be found in your membership contract email (search “Welcome to Fit4Less” in your inbox)
    *Your membership number is NOT the number on your membership card or key tag.
    Once you’ve created an account, sign in using your email and password.
    Step 3: Book a Workout
    Once logged in, you'll see your Home Club and time slots to book a workout. Once successfully booked, you will receive an email confirmation with your next workout!

    Timeslots are now available 72 hours in advance. This means, if a timeslot starts at 9:00 am on Friday, it will be bookable at 9:00 am on Tuesday (72 hours before).

    What if I'm late to my time slot?

    In order to follow safe distancing and cleanliness regulations, some club amenities will be reduced (we hope to be back to normal soon):

    Closure and Reopening Information

    To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the Canadian Government has implemented mandatory closures in select regions. Although we are sad to be apart again, we know that it is for the health and safety of all Canadians.

    To create member ease and decrease club traffic, we have created a form on our website to handle a variety of membership changes.

    Free membership freezes

    We understand that not all members will feel comfortable coming back upon reopening. In order to create flexibility, we are offering FREE temporary membership freezes.
    What happens if I freeze my membership?
    Freezing your membership means all payments and fees will be put on pause and allow you some additional time to adjust. When your membership is reactivated, you will receive the same rate you had before the freeze.

    Payment schedule

    Once clubs in your Home Club has reopened, membership fees will resume and billing will occur automatically. 

    Pre-authorized payment billing dates have changed from before the closure. We apologize for any issues this may cause. 

    Please note, any time that was paid for before the closure will be honoured before your next payment is taken.
