    Club Closure and Reopening Information

    Please see all information regarding reopenings and closures below.

    Club Opening Notices:​

    Effective Monday, January 31 all Ontario clubs will reopen.

    Clubs will open at 6:00 am (excluding those located in a Real Canadian Superstore or Independent).

    Billing Information:

    No Commitment Memberships:

    • Pre-authorized payments will restart automatically.
    • Pre-authorized payment billing dates have changed from before the closure. We apologize for any issues this may cause.
    • Any time that was paid for before the closure will be honoured before your next payment is taken.

    1-Year Paid in Full Memberships:

    • Great news! Your membership has been automatically extended to cover the time we were closed. No action is needed except to just start enjoying the gym again.

    Membership Cancellations and Changes:

    • Any requests sent during the closure time are void and cancellations will not be backdated unless the request was submitted before the closure.
    • All membership changes will continue to require 30-days' notice.
    • If your membership is on freeze until after January 31, payments will not restart until after the freeze end date.

    General Reminders:

    • Masks are required except while exercising.
    • 2 metres of physical distance must be maintained.
    • Workout bookings are not required and the club capacity will be 50%.
    • Proof of vaccination is required as mandated by the provincial government.

    Effective Thursday, January 20, all British Columbia clubs will reopen.

    Clubs will open at 6:00 am (excluding Pitt Meadows Fit4Less which will open at 7:00 am).

    Club Closure Notices:

    To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the Canadian Government has implemented mandatory closures  in select regions. Although we are sad to be apart again, we know that it is for the health and safety of all Canadians.

    All future workout bookings at clubs in these areas will be cancelled, and we will inform Members when bookings become available again.

    Effective Friday, January 14 at 11:59 am, all New Brunswick clubs will be closed.

    Billing Information:

    • All membership payments for closed clubs have been paused effective Saturday, January 15.
    • If a regular bi-weekly payment is taken on Friday, January 14 it may be posted to your bank account on Monday, January 17. There is no need to reach out regarding these payments. You will be compensated for all time paid for when we reopen.
    • Annual Cleanliness Fee payments will be paused and taken when Clubs reopen.
    • All members will be compensated for any time paid for when we reopen.
    • Once we are given the okay to reopen, membership payments will restart automatically.
    • For 1-Year Paid in Full memberships, your membership will be extended by the same length of time as the temporary closure in your region.

    Membership Cancellations and Changes:

    • Cancellation requests for closed locations will not be processed during the closure period.
    • It will be the responsibility of the member to reach out once locations have reopened to request a cancellation.
    • If your membership is currently on freeze, your payments will not restart until your Home Club reopens or the freeze end date (whichever is later).
    • Any requests sent during the closure time are void and cancellations will not be backdated unless the request was submitted before the closure.
    • All membership changes will continue to require 30-days' notice.

    Effective Wednesday, January 5 at 12:01 am, all Ontario clubs will be closed.

    Billing Information:

    • All membership payments for closed clubs have been paused effective Wednesday, January 5.
    • If a regular bi-weekly payment is taken on Tuesday, January 4 it may be posted to your bank account on Wednesday, January 5. There is no need to reach out regarding these payments. You will be compensated for all time paid for when we reopen.
    • Annual Cleanliness Fee payments will be paused and taken when Clubs reopen.
    • All members will be compensated for any time paid for when we reopen.
    • Once we are given the okay to reopen, membership payments will restart automatically.

     Effective Thursday, December 23 at 12:01 am, all British Columbia clubs will be closed.

    Billing Information:

    • All membership payments for closed clubs have been paused effective Friday, December 24.
    • If a regular bi-weekly payment was to be taken on Thursday, December 23 it cannot be stopped BUT you will be compensated for all time paid for when we reopen. These payments will be posted to your bank account on either Thursday, December 23, Friday, December 24, OR after the upcoming statutory holidays. There is no need to reach out regarding these payments.
    • Annual Cleanliness Fee payments will be paused and taken when Clubs reopen.
    • The Lock in My Rate scheduled to be taken on January 1 will be paused and taken when Clubs reopen.
    • All members will be compensated for any time paid for when we reopen.
    • Once we are given the okay to reopen, membership payments will restart automatically.
    • For 1-Year Paid in Full memberships, your membership will be extended by the same length of time as the temporary closure in your region.
